The pay-out to the seller is processed immediately when both parties agree and the safeguard code is entered.

The seller receives an email asking them to verify their contact details and account number via online identity verification. The seller may be asked to verify their ID, complete a face recognition or bank confirmation. They also are asked to complete a deal verification, where the seller confirms the deal details.
The buyer receives a payment link. After completing the payment, funds are transferred to an escrow account. The buyer then receives a safeguard code.
After inspecting and approving the motorhome, the buyer provides the the safeguard code to the broker. This initiates the automated real-time pay-out to the seller.
